Option 1 – Lifeline Package

£3.90 per week** plus installation cost

Reassurance - Emergency service calls and next of kin/emergency contact calls.


This package includes a lifeline, pendant, wrist / neck strap, 24 hour monitoring and bespoke support plan. 

Option 2 – Lifeline Package

£5.50 per week** plus installation cost

This package includes option 1 with either smoke detector or bogus caller and one of the following: extreme temperature monitor, smoke detector, Co2 detector, bogus caller alarm, universal sensor.

Option 3 – Lifeline Falls Package

£6.50 per week – includes a falls pendant** plus installation cost

Reassurance - Emergency service calls and next of kin/emergency contact calls.


This package includes a lifeline, falls pendant and one of the following sensors: smoke detector, Co2 detector, extreme temperature monitor, bed sensor, chair sensor, flood sensor and door sensor. There will be 24 hour monitoring and a bespoke support plan.

Additional peripheral equipment can be added to the above packages (i.e. epilepsy and enuresis sensors). Please ask for purchase price.

Telephone support – No telecare equipment required

£4.75 a week

This includes emotional, wellbeing calls, emergency service calls and next of kin / emergency contact calls.

Medication reminders and reassurance calls

£3.50 per week

Daily reassurance calls at a time of your choosing, bookable on a weekly basis.

Key Safe

£99.00 Police Approved Key Safe – includes installation

**For an extra 0.75p a week a Police Approved Key Safe can be included in the package 

A £20.99 one off cost will need to be paid for the installation of your package.
