People focused care

All our services are delivered through a single provider, so we can offer an all encompassing approach that gives support, dignity, individuality and independence.

We operate continuous assessment through our call and response team and NCHA Care team to identify, assess and recommend improvements to existing care packages. If we spot a decline or a noticeable change in routine we can make adjustments that will improve the quality of life and independence of those living at home alone.

People focused care: at home

Our people-centred services are all designed to meet the needs and wishes of individuals wanting to live at home independently. So, whether it’s assistance with getting up and about, washing and dressing, cooking and cleaning or even walking the dog, we can find you the right level of help at home.

When you get in touch with us, a senior member of our NCHA Care team will visit to assess your requirements, potential needs and overall goals. Together with involvement from friends and family, your dedicated Support Worker will put your plan together which will be continually assessed and reviewed to provide the best combination of care and support through home visits.

People focused care: outside of your home

We understand that it’s not just care and support at home that is important. Our services extend to getting out and about too. We can help with going to the shops, accompanying you to medical appointments and making sure you can do the things that you enjoy, like going to the football, visiting the library or keeping up with your favourite hobby.
